This series of images was inspired by listening to Sarah Brightman's album Eden. If you would like to experience a heightened appreciation of these paintings, please put on the Diva's album and as each song plays click to the image that corresponds to the song. 

This first image, In Paridisum, represents the interdependence of happiness and sadness.  If there were no sadness, how would we know we were happy? Perhaps sadness is itself happiness turned in-side-out.
